Get the kind of relationships you want: with your partner, your family — and yourself.
Hi, I’m Krystyna!
Attachment-Focused Therapy for Couples and Individuals
Even the most connected partnerships, loving families, and healthy individuals can struggle with conflict and disconnection from time to time. It doesn’t mean you need to be alone in it, or struggle to find a way to make things get better on your own!
Our work together will help you discover the path to closer connection to yourself and the people you love.

My Therapeutic Approach
My work as a therapist is grounded in the belief that conflict and loss aren’t always destructive – often they hold the seeds for our transformation! The times when we feel the most lost, hurt, or disconnected can provide us the opportunity for the greatest growth, love, and healing. Time and again I’ve seen that with the right support, people and relationships can flourish even in the wake of crisis.
Wherever you find yourself, whatever you’re facing, you’re in the right place. Let’s navigate the wilderness together.
